What are the delivery costs and options?
We post out orders Monday to Friday - We do not post orders out at the weekend.
Store Collection - Cost: Free
Order before 3pm for free next-day in-store collection. Just bring along your confirmation email printed out or on your device. We will hold your order for 3 days from your arranged collection date. Lost your confirmation email? No problem, we’ll just need your name and order number
Delivery time - 2-3 working days
All of our items are posted within 2-3 working days of receiving your order - delivery times are then dependant on your location in the world.
We send our items by Royal Mail and they will deliver between 8am and 6pm.
Next Day Delivery (UK Only)
Delivery time - Next day if order placed by 11am the previous day
Order by 11am weekdays for next-day delivery. Order placed on Saturday and Sunday before 11am will be posted out on Monday.
Do you ship outside of the U.K?
Yes, we now post worldwide!
Do you accept returns?
Yes of course, if the item/s are not suitable for you please follow the returns procedure (below) and providing we receive the item back within 7 days of the date that it has reached you, in the condition it was sent to you in then we will issue you a refund. Please note you must cover the cost of the return postage.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
