How long does delivery take?

All of our items are posted within 1-2 working days of receiving your order - delivery times are then dependant on your location in the world. 

 

Do you offer next day shipping?

We have currently had to exclude next day delivery as at the moment quite a few  parcels are not reaching by next day, so its not working as it should.

 

Do you ship outside of the U.K?

Yes, we now post worldwide!

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes of course, if the item/s are not suitable for you please follow the returns procedure (below) and providing we receive the item back within 7 days of the date that it has reached you, in the condition it was sent to you in then we will issue you a refund. Please note you must cover the cost of the return postage.

 

What is the procedure for returns?

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to show up in your account.
